Get to Know
Jamie Crowley, DMD
Dr. Crowley moved to the Greensboro area while she was still in college, and whenever she went to the movies near Lake Oconee Dentistry, she always commented that she hoped to be a part of it one day. Now, she gets to live her dream, working with a great team that is just as dedicated as her to helping our patients become the healthiest versions of themselves. She knows you’ll love being a part of our practice as well, and you can learn more about her below.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Crowley attended Rhodes College in Memphis, graduating cum laude with a B.S. in Biology. She worked as a dental office manager for a year before enrolling in dental school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) School of Dental Medicine. She ended up graduating #1 in her class and earned the American Association of Orthodontists Award as well as the Award for Impactful Research.
Today, Dr. Crowley is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the International Association for Dental Research.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Crowley grew up in the suburbs of Chicago with her parents and three older sisters. She’s the proud aunt of two nieces and one nephew, is engaged to her high school sweetheart, David, and has a rescue dog named Bear.
On the weekends, you’ll often find her on the couch switching between different college football games, and she also enjoys being out on the boat and swimming. She hopes to learn how to fish on Lake Oconee. Her other favorite hobby is woodworking—ask her about the wood-turned pens she has made!
